Items sold will be fully refunded if the order(s) is/are cancelled due to suppliers’ stock availability-related issues
Requests for refunds due to manufacturers' defects must be made by email to us within 2 days from order receiving date. Please do not remove any product tag or label
Below reasons are not considered manufacturers’ defects: Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of the seams, minor tear on seams which can be hand-stitched
Buttons loss (replacement buttons will be sent to you. in the event that the same buttons are not available, we will send a full set of buttons which will match your apparel)
Minor stains (e.g. washable stains, smudges and dirt)
Size issues/ apparel does not fit (please take note of size measurements when placing an order)
Claims that the cutting, design or material of apparel is not good or up to expectation
Deliberate damage of apparel such that it warrants a refund
Slight colour differences (there could be colour difference due to screen resolution)
