6) All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars
7) All orders are subject to stock availability
8) All prices are inclusive of delivery by local(SG) normal postage. Additional charges apply for registered mail or island-wide personal delivery (refer: Mail & Delivery)
9) Please check with us for postage charges for deliveries outside of Singapore
10) We use SingPost for all mailing orders (refer: http://www.singpost.com.sg/). We are not responsible for any orders lost/damaged/missing during delivery. There is no refund/replacement for any items lost/damaged/missing after we mail out your order(s)
11) If you opt for registered mail we will inform you the registered article(RA) number issued by SingPost. You can track the status of your article from the SingPost RA Status Information webpage
12) We will contact you to make arrangements if you opt for our island-wide personal delivery service
13) Payment should be made to us by payment due date as stated in our order acknowledgement email. Payment due date is stipulated as within 2 days from order form sent date
14) Orders will be considered incomplete and void if we do not receive your payment and “Payment done” email within 2 days from order sent date
