Payment Matters


Please indicate your preferred method of payment on your order form



Payment should be made to us by payment due date as stated in our order acknowledgement email. Payment due date is stipulated as within 2 days from order form sent date



We accept Interbank transfer, ATM transfer, Paypal and credit card payments. Interbank and ATM transfers only for DBS/POSB members



If you opt for Interbank or ATM transfer, we will send you our bank details on the order acknowledgement form




If you opt for Paypal or credit card payments, please note there will be an additional processing fee of 5%



Please send us an email at aushoppemail@gmail.com once you have transferred the payment to us. Please include your name, order acknowledgement no. and payment amount, and indicate "Payment Done" on subject title



We will send a payment acknowledgement email to you once we confirm receipt of your payment



You should receive your order on 20th-25th day of every month


Terms and Conditions
1) Orders will be considered incomplete and void if we do not receive your payment and “Payment done” email within 2 days from order sent date
